As Armas Hotels, with the awareness of serving in a strategic sector that creates employment, raises the welfare level of communities, provides us with more reasons to protect nature, allows people of different religions, races, and nationalities to understand each other better, and directly contributes to world peace, we are committed to:
- Establishing and implementing our operational and management systems in compliance with international standards and all applicable national and international regulations during our institutionalization process.

- Taking necessary measures to protect child welfare and children from any harm, and adhering to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child in our activities.
- Providing a safe, stable, healthy, and satisfying work environment for our employees without discrimination based on language, religion, race, color, or gender, with honest and fair approaches.
- Complying with all laws, regulations, and provisions related to occupational health and safety, guest safety, and human rights, and fulfilling all requirements without fail.
- Introducing our employees to the natural and cultural heritage of the region and supporting its preservation.
